Можно быть настоящим профессионалом своего дела, но не уметь общаться с клиентами или быть очень открытым и располагать к себе людей, но делать посредственное наращивание. Это две крайности, которые не приведут к хорошему результату, поэтому необходимо найти «золотую середину» и развивать в себе ВСЕ необходимые качества

Так каким же должен быть настоящий лешмейкер?
• У него обязательно должен быть интерес к наращиванию. Желание заработать денег не равно желание делать девушек красивым. Если ты не уверена, что хочешь заниматься этим делом, то время и деньги, потраченные на обучение, уйдут в никуда;
• У него отличное терпение. Наращивание ресниц — это ювелирная работа, ведь это проработка КАЖДОЙ ресницы, а на каждом глазу их может быть от 70 до 150. Также терпение необходимо и в общение, клиенты бывают разные;
• Он достаточно выносливый. Девочки, которые только учатся делать наращивание сидят по 5 часов над клиентом, а в дальнейшем делают процедуру за 2-3 часа, но берут по несколько клиентов в день. Эта работа — сильная нагрузка на спину, шею и глаза;
• У него развита мелкая моторика. Это умение напрямую связано с формирование пучка, захвата ресничек с ленты, выделения нужной ресницы клиента;
• Он вежлив и опрятен. Внешний вид и поведение мастера играют не меньшую роль. Мастер должен быть приятным, находить компромисс в спорных вопросах, не хамить, быть в чистой форме
